P.S.I. General Contractors was established in 1987 as a full service construction company. We do all types of new construction, restoration, remodeling, and specialization in mid-century modern, to southwestern. We have completed large hillside homes using helicopters for access, to remodeling just master bathrooms. From large jobs to small jobs, our goals are to bring your visions to life. We have done complete restorations on Wexler, Alexander, & Cody properties. They are all famous architects known world wide. We have had several projects published in Palm Springs Life Magazine and other well known publications over the years. P.S.I. also builds custom pools and spas. The family history in the Pool Industry was established in 1954. Christopher John Neil, President of P.S.I., was born in Palm Springs Desert Hospital in 1957. After graduating from P.S. High School, he went into the electrical trade for 15 years. During that time, at the age of twenty, he built his first personal home, in an undeveloped area of the desert, which is now known as Cathedral City, and has been building ever since.
